From our collection of cartoon character costumes, this is a very affordable and cute dress red and black. Our cartoon sailors' wife fancy dress comprises of a long sleeved dress which has a scooped neckline decorated with a scalloped white collar. On the chest there is a delicate white anchor motif. The outfit has a jet black skirt and this is trimmed just above the hemline with a gold ribbon band. Simple yes, but blooming effect.
