Next Day Delivery ROI & NI

We offer next working day delivery with orders made before 6pm Monday to Thursday.(Please note allow an extra day for Personalised goods) Orders made on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday or Sunday orders will be delivered to the customer on Tuesday. Orders made on Bank Holiday weekends will be delivered Wednesday. Delivery is made in conjunction with DPD delivery service. As part of this service, DPD will email a track and trace number to each customer on collection of your package from our Athlone store. Allow an additional day for personalised goods.

There is a 98% success rate on delivering parcels within the specified time frame that you have selected, please be aware this is not a guaranteed delivery service so order a few days before you need an item if it is important.

Pick-up Instore

If you would like to order your items online but collect in our Athlone store, then you can choose the option to collect your order in-store during the checkout procedure.

The standard delivery charge is €5.99 per order. If the total of your order items is €50 or over Shipping is FREE!!

International Delivery:

We happily ship outside the island of Ireland. Please check for your countries shipping fees and transit times below. If your country is not listed, feel free to get in touch and we may be able to arrange a courier for you.

Mascot Hire Delivery

When hiring 1 mascot, delivery and collection is only €10!!

We will ship to all 32 Counties for the same price!!

Returns

If a customer wishes to return a product bought on our site we must be notified via email or written letter within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s) in question. Item(s) must be returned to us within 5 days of such notification. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sent. Returns must include all parts of the original item to be eligible for refund. Packages must not be torn. Costumes must not have been worn other than to try on. There must be no trace of perfume, smoke or any other odour.

Refunds are for the purchase price of the item.
Packaging and Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that items are sent back and the order amount does not then qualify for free shipping(orders over €50), a shipping fee of €6.00 is taking from the refund amount.

Costumes that are received outside the returns period will be eligible for a credit note, subject to receiving the goods within 30 days of the order being received. There are no exceptions made for orders returned outside the returns period.

Please note this does not include personalised sashes, badges, Tshirts or bags as we are unable to accept returns for made-to-order items.

We are unable to accept returns for made-to-order items, please be sure to check our size guide and your personalised details before checking out.

For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges or refunds on personal items such as - False Teeth, Masks, Wigs, Stockings, Tights, Borat ManKini's, Eye Lenses, Underwear etc.

The customers' statutory rights are not affected.
